Service Description

Have a personal training session as a small group, between 2 and 5 people. Come training with me or ask me to come to you for home visits or to your favourite facility. You will have a first assessment where we get to know each other, and I can find out about your lifestyle and everyday commitments and availability. We will talk about what would you like to achieve and/or what your goals are if you already have it! We will also have a postural assessment and good scan to your body and capabilities to understand where you sit today and build a solid and effective programme for you. Do you want to change your body composition by building muscle and losing fat? Or you want to become better at lifting weights? How about improving your general mobility, flexibility and boost your energy? Perhaps you want to unlock your endurance athlete? Or how about you want to be able to flip upside down and go for a walk on your hands?! Just say what you wish for, and I will help you getting there! All my programmes are individually designed for YOUR needs and goals, no templates, no general programming.
